The hotel is in a great location, close to the beautiful national park area called 'Lueneburg Heath'. It's easily accessible from the A7 motorway and within walking distance from the center of town. The hotel offers many amenities such as an indoor tennis court, swimming pool, sauna, and free wifi. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.
The rooms are small and basic, with limited amenities. The bathrooms, although modern and clean, can be small and poorly designed, with the shower water flooding the rest of the bathroom.

The hotel was located in a beautiful wooded area, perfect for a weekend getaway. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was really delicious. I especially liked the variety of bread and fresh fruit offered.
The room was a bit small, and the shower area was not well designed, resulting in water flooding the bathroom floor. there was a strange odor in the bathroom that was unpleasant.
